We are looking for organisations to join the Outstanding Leaders Partnership!
We are looking to expand our network of school partners nationally and invite those organisations looking to work collaboratively with a national partnership to implement school-led professional development, support the succession of school leaders, develop the potential of all school staff and improve outcomes for children and young people to apply to join.
OLP delivery partners benefit from access to high quality content tailored to meet the needs of their locality, cutting edge online systems and support from outstanding serving school leaders, as well as back office management, administration and finance, taking the stress out of delivering ongoing training to staff. CPD programmes available to partner hubs include NPQs, NASENCO, HLTA and Governor Leadership programmes.
Partners can host training events from their own school facilities and have their school leaders trained as qualification facilitators, keeping each partner organisation at the heart of the process.
Delivery partners must be led by a school deemed good or outstanding in their latest Ofsted inspection. Delivery partners are subject to quality assurance and quality improvement procedures to ensure provision is of the highest standard and are expected to work collaboratively to ensure school leaders, teachers and support staff have access to local provision. Partner hubs actively engage in candidate recruitment and work collaboratively with other hubs to ensure flexible access to provision for all candidates, enabling leadership succession planning and meeting their own school improvement priorities.
